Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day where stock permits.

Shipping methods and rates

We ship across Canada with tracked carriers. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15, FREE on orders over $100 before tax. Remote areas may take longer than the estimated transit time.

We do not ship compressed gas cylinders or pressurized tanks — only parts and accessories.

Delivery times

Estimated transit times: Quebec and Ontario 2-4 business days, rest of Canada 3-7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. You can also track your order on this website with your order number and email.

Delays and damages

We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and replace the item.
