Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original packaging and condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the full amount including original shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, gas regulators that have been installed, used regulators, opened gas detector units, and custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Use the contact form with your order number, the item(s), and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
