Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes calculated at checkout based on the shipping province. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price at the time of order is the price you pay.

Product images are for illustration. While we make every effort to display accurate descriptions, minor variations may exist.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you complete checkout and payment is processed. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

Installation and safety

Propane and natural gas parts must be installed according to local codes and manufacturer instructions. Certain parts require a licensed gas technician to install. DPPropaneSupply is not liable for improper installation.

Warranty

Products come with the manufacturer warranty. Defective items may be returned under our return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPPropaneSupply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products sold on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
